India Rosa Griffintown, nestled in Montreal, has swiftly emerged as a premier destination for Indian cuisine lovers. The restaurant captures the essence of Indian flavors with dishes like Agneau Korma, featuring tender pieces of chicken simmered in a creamy almond and cashew sauce, and the spicy Agneau Vindaloo, tantalizing with its garlic-infused curry blend. Customer feedback underscores a shared appreciation for both the authenticity of the dishes and the vibrant ambiance. Yash Channe praises the fine dining experience, particularly lauding the Indo-Chinese offerings and well-crafted beverages. Likewise, Karine Mirambeau notes the delicious flavors and generous portions, despite a slight premium on prices — a common theme in today's dining landscape. Maya Farhat highlights the stunning decor and the appealing concept of shared plates, alongside must-try cocktails, making it an ideal spot for gatherings. Amanda Goelz echoes this sentiment, showering praise on the lamb kofta and Korma, emphasizing the delightful balance of flavors. Although some felt the portions could be larger, the consensus is that taste triumphs above all. Overall, India Rosa Griffintown is a culinary gem, blending exceptional service with an array of dishes that cater to varied palates, ensuring a memorable dining experience in every visit.

I’m a huge fan of this place! It truly captures my culture and offers the closest fine dining Indian restaurant experience in Montreal. The food is always amazing—this time, we tried the Indo-Chinese dishes, and my girlfriend absolutely loved the concept. The drinks were also well-crafted, adding to the overall experience. While it’s a premium-priced spot, the quality, authenticity, and ambiance make it completely worth it. No regrets—just great food and a fantastic time!

I loved it, food was delicious, not spicy (how I like it), very flavourful and great portions. It is a little overpriced but everything is overpriced nowadays. Restaurant was clean, big and spacious and the service was excellent. I would just add a little bit more ambiance with the music but I would recommend to anyone who likes or want to try indian food. I will definitely go back and try different things on the menu, everything looked delicious.

Absolutely a fan of this place! It’s wide and pretty, the cocktails are on point (and very cheap from 4 to 7 pm during the week), and the concept of food to share is just perfect. Will definitely be back, either in a group setting or just for a party of 2. And the Tiramisuuu! A must-try! The service was great, Mitchell did a great job being helpful and super nice to our group.

Decent service, delicious food and many many options on the menu. However the portions are not very generous but the flavors make up for it. Mocktails are great! The decor is very beautiful

I love it ! The food tastes amazing - the fusions are done so well and all the flavours meld amazingly together. I got the waffle and all the ingredients were amazing- the pineapple, mango, coconut and yogurt were all lovely. The atmosphere is great- it’s a very pretty restaurant from the inside. The presentation of the dishes is so pretty ! There is a lot of variety on the menu and much to choose from. The brunch is great. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We really enjoyed our meal here and the service was good. Great flavours and very tolerable spice level (for those concerned). Photo worthy food and drink presentation too. It’s a bit pricey for what you get but such is downtown Montreal. My only complaint is that it’s so so so loud when it’s busy you have to shout to hear your table. Not because of the music but because it’s such a big open space with nothing to break up the sound. Just something to be aware of for a date night or catch up with friends, chatting was difficult.
